The Dwyer® Series 475Mark III Handheld Digital Manometer is ideal forfield calibration, monitoring or trouble shooting HVACsystems, clean rooms or a wide range of other lowpressure pneumatic systems. This handy instrumentmeasures positive, negative or differential pressures ofair and natural gases in ranges from 1″ w.c. (0.249kPa) to 150 psid (10.34 bar). The Series 475-FM isapproved and is intrinsically safe for hazardouslocations, Class 1, Div.1, Group A, B,C, D, T4. Itssimple operation and easy to read digital display makeit an indispensable test instrument for the plantengineer, industrial hygienist and HVAC technician. Whenused with a Dwyer® Pitot tube, the Series 475 Mark IIIcan also be used as an air velocity gage. The Series 475-FM MarkIII is housed in a durable extruded aluminum case withits solid state circuitry mounted on a tough fiberglassepoxy circuit board. To meet the most demandingapplications and to provide stability of instrumentreading, the 1″ w.c. range is compensated forposition sensitivity through use of a unique patenteddual sensor system. A standard 9 volt battery providesup to 100 hours of operation. Dual push pads on thefront panel control on-off, auto zero, and pressure unitselection. No setup or leveling. The large 0.42″LCD display is easy to read, minimizing data collectionerrors. Units include a “low battery”indicator. The pressure sensor used is a highly stablesilicon piezoresistive device. Standard connections aredual sized for 1/8″ or 3/16” I.D. vinyl orrubber tubing. Complete instructions are convenientlyprinted on rear of housing. Also available is theconvenient all-in-one kit (475-AV) is small, lightand easy to use. No set-up or leveling needed. Includedis a Pitot tube, two static pressure tips with magneticmounting measure pressure drop across filters, condensercoils, etc. Kit comes complete with rubber tubing, 9Vbattery, step drill, AV calculator slide rule, andcustom fitted carrying case. An indispensable test kitfor the plant engineer, industrial hygienist and HVACtechnician |
